Programs
NationWares believes that business is one of the most powerful and sustainable approaches to eradicating poverty and providing opportunity for individual and collective growth and development. We combine successful development approaches with current design and fashion trends to create employment and training  programs for men and women around the world. When we purchase jewelry and other items from the designers and artisans we are able to provide them with an immediate and fair income.

Vocational Training
As all beneficiaries earn money through their small business they also learn to set goals for the future. In order to expand business and plan for the future, vocational training is provided to help people further identify and develop skills and talents, and learn appropriate tools and technologies to help expand their business platform. Through our field partners and other NGO’s, NationWares is able to guide beneficiaries in their business development by providing them with national and local mentors.

Finance Training
Through our NGO partners, we are able to provide finance training for beneficiaries through their in-country national staff. Beneficiaries learn how to save and manage money, budget for family needs, and learn how to pay back micro-loans.

HIV/AIDS & Health Education
Health and HIV/AIDS issues are a reality around the world. It is important for our beneficiaries to be well-taken care of. Our partners are able to provide them with health advice and mentoring. Direct access to healthcare and doctors are also available when necessary.

Group Networking
In all countries supported by NationWares, individual designers, artisans, and entrepreneurs are all given an opportunity to visit NationWares headquarters in their particular country of operation. This allows them to meet and network with other like-minded people. They can brainstorm new ideas, ask questions, seek advice and counsel from one another, or simply just make friends.
